Our FMA Team also assists governments in investigating alternative mechanisms to achieve the most cost-effective means for managing infrastructure, utilities and controlling pollution that will not place excessive financial burdens on them. We also provide services to municipalities and governments in arranging financial resources for their infrastructure need and for pollution prevention.

The Governments have taken several initiatives to attract private investment through Public Private Partnerships (PPP) for the development of infrastructure. These PPP projects have diverse and conflicting interests of different stakeholders including the government, investors, lenders and users. Our Team can develop robust framework for PPP which balance the legitimate requirements of the investors, governments and lenders and needs of users.

We review and update the implementation schedule for the investment programs and investment projects and prepare action plans for achieving the output targets specified in the implementation schedule. Our Team also assist our clients in preparation of common frameworks for reporting on progress (physical and financial), accounts, procurement, safeguards compliance and covenant compliance.
